Day 01 Welcome Guwahati & local sightseeing:

Receive from Guwahati Airport / Rly. Station and transfer to Guwahati city, the city is a major tourist place in Assam due to its scenic natural beauty. The River Mighty Brahmaputra flowing through the city.  Check in at a hotel and after freshen up visit some local sightseeing of Guwahati i.e- World smallest River island Umananda Temple, experience the India’s longest Rope Way over the river Brahmaputra, Srimanta Sankardev Kalakhetra, Regional Science Museum, Balaji Temple which were very beautiful and clean, Sakreswar Temple. In the evening enjoy River Cruise Ride on the river Mighty Brahmaputra to watch the excellent sunset scenery with good music and light snacks. Visit Bramaputra River Heritage Centre, Evening come back to the hotel and overnight stay in Guwahati.

 Day 02 Guwahati to Cherrapunji:

After early breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Cherrapunji which is credited as being the wettest place on the Earth. It takes almost 4 hours to reach the destination. En-route you may visit Shillong Peak which is Meghalaya’s highest peak. It is at an altitude of 1965 meters above the sea level, Airforce Museum, Elephant Falls definitely most popular tourist spot of Shillong. Explore some famous tourist spots in Cherrapunji i.e.-Garden of Caves, Dain Thlen Falls, Arwah Cave, Nohkalikai Falls, Eco Park, Mausmai Cave, Seven Sister Falls, Thangkharang Park etc. evening check in at a hotel / resort and stay overnight at Cherrapunji.

 Day 03 Cherrapunji to Dawki & Mawlynnong Cleanest Village:

After early breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Dawki. En-route visit the panoramic view of Mawkdok Dympep Valley from Duwan Shing Syiem viewpoint. Dawki a small village where the main attraction is the Umngot River that marks the natural separation between the Khasi and the Jaintia Hills. You can enjoy boat riding on crystal clear water in Umngot River (Shnongpdeng village) which is shared by India and Bangladesh. Take a glance of Indo Bangladesh Gate. After Dawki sightseeing, drive to Mawlynnong Village known as the cleanest village in Asia and the God’s own Garden. Visit the Living Root Bridge in Riwai village, a natural bridge formed with the roots of the trees. A little hiking is required to see the magnificent bridge. Enjoy the rural lifestyle inside the village, experience Tree House (watch tower) made by the local people of the village. Evening return to Shillong and overnight stay at Shillong.

 Day 04 Shillong Sightseeing and shift to Guwahati:

After breakfast check out from hotel and explore some tourist place of Shillong, also called as “Scotland of the East”. Visit Cathedral Church, Lady Hydari Park, Ward’s Lake, Police Bazar and Don Bosco Museum etc., after having lunch drive to Guwahati. While traveling you may visit the Lum Nehru Park at Umium and majestic Barapani (Umiam Lake) wrapped in the beauty of an assortment of green Khasi-Pines and surrounded by sylvan hills and blue skies. By reaching Guwahati check in at a hotel and relax. Stay overnight in Guwahati.

 Day 05 Guwahati Airport / Rly. Station Drop, Tour End:

After breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to drop you at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station with an everlasting memory.
