Day 01 Guwahati to Kaziranga National Park:
Receive from Guwahati Airport / Rly. Station and proceed to Kaziranga. The National Park is home of the “One Horned Rhinoceros”. It will take around 5 hour journey to Kaziranga. It is one of the oldest national parks in Assam on the south bank of river Brahmaputra. Spread across 430 sq.kms, it is a dazzling mosaic of interspersed with vast tracts of marshes and shallow pools that are a favorite haunt of this celebrity pre-historic beast. The main residents of the park include Wild Elephant, Hog deer, Barasingha, Indian Bison, four species of Deer, Tiger, Leopard, Capped Langur, Wild Boar, Gibbon, Hornbill, Egret, Heron, Fishing Eagle and a host of migratory birds including Pelicans. By reaching Kaziranga check in at a hotel / resort and evening you may visit nearby villages, Tea garden and Orchid farm, Cultural Show etc. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.
Day 02 Explore the Kaziranga National Park & shift to Majuli:
Early in the morning start for Elephant safari in the Western range of the park, for one hour and come back to the hotel for breakfast. After having breakfast check out from hotel and take a Jeep safari inside the Eastern Range of the park, after completing the safari proceed to World Largest River Island Majuli, around 5 hours journey (3 hrs. by road and 2 hrs. by ferry), crossing mighty Brahmaputra River by Ferry. By reaching Majuli check in at a resort. Evening you may visit to a sand beach in Brahmaputra River to witness the sunset, Missing village to experience the lifestyle of second largest tribal community of Assam . Overnight stay at Majuli.
Day 03 Explore the Majuli River Island:
Early in the morning go for enjoy the Boat Ride (as per availability) to see the birds and comeback to hotel. After having breakfast visit Assamese’s famous GARMUR SATTRA, a popular attractions of Majuli. AUNIATI SATRA is one of the major attractions of Majuli, which was established in Majuli in 1653 A.D, the Satra is famous for Paalnaam and Apsara Dance. KAMALABARI SATRA is one of the famous tourism destinations of the River Island which is significant for articles related to art, culture, literature and classical studies.
NATUN SAMUGURI SATRA is famous for Mask crafts and artworks of the Satra is prominent. Hem Chandra Goswami master craftsman and Satradhikar (monastic head) is well known for traditional mask-making. These masks, used in Raas Leelaand Bhaona, an ancient form of Assamese theatre, are the signature craft of Natun Samaguri Satra.
DAKHINPAT SATRA. The Satra is famous and well –known socio-culture and spiritual institute of Majuli River Island. The Satra is located at Dakhinpat Gaon.
TENGAPANIA, located on the banks of river Brahmaputra, it is one of the famous picnic spots in the Island. After completing the comeback to hotel and evening free for leisure time. Overnight stay at Majuli.
Day 04: Majuli to Guwahati:
After breakfast check out from hotel /resort and proceed to Guwahati it will take around 8 hours to reach Guwahati, on arrival at Guwahati check in at a hotel, evening free for your won activities. Overnight stay at Guwahati.
Day 05 Guwahati Airport / Rly. Station Drop, Tour End:
After breakfast check out from and we will drop you at Guwahati Airport / Rly. Station with an everlasting memory. (if time permits you may visit some tourist spot of Guwahati like Maa Kamakhya Temple, Umananda, Sankardev Kalakhetra, Balaji Temple & local market etc.)
