Day 01 Welcome to Guwahati & shift to Nameri National Park:

We will receive you from Guwahati Airport / Rly. Station and proceed to our first wild life destination Nameri National Park, almost 200 kms. journey from Guwahati. The National Park is separated in two branches by river Jia Bhoroli, the most scenic beauty of all the national parks of Assam. It is a Tiger Reserve and also a birders paradise with more than 376 species of birds recorded so far. The forest treks are the best way to explore the Nameri National Park as it allows you to get very close to the Wildlife. Here one can spot the rare species of White-Winged Wood Ducks and the Great Hornbill. Enjoy the evening beside the camp fire and listening to the jungle. Stay overnight at Nameri.

Day 02 Nameri to Dirang:

Early morning about 5:30 a.m. take a fascinating River Rafting on Jia Bhoralli River. For the same will drive from the resort towards the river upstream point from where we will enjoy the downstream rafting on the inflatable raft. Here we will have a chance to see a lot of migratory Geese, Ducks, or other large aquatic birds and even spot the Royal Bengal Tiger and the Elephant on the banks of the river from the boat. After breakfast and with fresh memories drive towards Dirang around 165 kms. On the way you may visit Tippi On the banks of the river Jia Bharali at an elevation of 190 Mtrs. Tippi is an orchidarium with over 7500 orchids. Dirang the region is located at an elevation of 4910 ft above sea level and on a picturesque valley in between two major gateways- Bomdilla and Tawang. The land is famous for Kiwi and Apple orchards. By reaching Dirang check in a hotel and stay overnight at Dirang.

Day 03 Explore the Sangti Valley:

After breakfast proceed to visit Sangti Valley, is a famous tourist destination in Arunachal. After visiting the valley enjoy local sightseeing of Dirang i.e. Regional Apple Nursery, Kiwi Farm, Dzong (fort), Hot Water Spring, Thupsung Ddhargye Monastery etc. It is the base camp of trekking and bird watching at Mandla. Evening come back to hotel and overnight stay at Dirang.

Day 04 Dirang to Tawang:

After breakfast check out from hotel and start a journey towards Tawang. It is about 130 Kms. from Dirang and will take almost 4 hours to reach the destination. On the way visit World War Cemetery. Continue the journey till arrival of Sela Pass, at an altitude of 4114m. It is famous for high altitude Lakes and scenic beauty and is ideal for Ice Skating during winter. By reaching Tawang check in at a hotel and relax. Overnight stay at Tawang.

Day 05 Bum La Pass & Tawang Excursion:

After having breakfast proceed to visit Indo-China border (Bum La Pass) Madhuri Lake and Pangateng Tso Lake, which is another significant tourist attraction in Tawang. Visit Brahma-Dung-Chung Ani Gompa, the Gompa is a 400 years old nunnery. It is situated at distance of 15 km from Tawang towards Bumla pass. After return from Bum La Paa you can visit Tawang Monastery is an around 113 feet long and 80 feet wide edifice which is a famous Buddhist Temple. The interior of the building is stunningly beautiful and a 28 feet high golden statue of Lord Buddha is worshiped here. Visit Tawang Craft Centre, is home to the work of traditional artists and craftsmen of Tawang, here you can see wide variety of carpets, Buddhist Thangkas and handicrafts along with masks crafted by local people. After visiting the craft centre return to the hotel and overnight stay at Tawang.

Day 06 Tawang Sightseeing & shift to Bomdila:

After early breakfast visit some tourist attraction of awesome Tawang i.e.- Gyangong Ani Gompa, this Gompa is one of the famous beautiful tourist attraction of Tawang situated on the top of a beautiful mound. This Nunnery is under control and management of Twang Monastery and run by the female monk only. Next drive to Bomdila which is almost 170 kms. from Tawang and will take 5 hours to reach the destination. Bomdila offers excellent panoramic view of Himalayan landscapes and snow clad ranges.

En-route you can visit Nuranang Falls (Jung Falls or Bong Bong Falls) the picturesque attraction of Tawnag. The falls drops down from an altitude of 100 mtrs. It is located about 2 kms away from the Bomdila & Tawang connecting road. By reaching Bomdila check in at a hotel and after having lunch visit some beautiful tourist destination of Bomdila i.e.- Bomdila viewpoint, Sessa Orchid Sanctury and Snow Clad ranges. After completing sightseeing you may visit the local market and come back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Bomdila

Day 07 Bomdila to Tezpur:

After having breakfast check out from hotel and visit the amazing tourist attraction of Bomdila Gontse Garden Rabgyal Ling Monastery (Upper Gonpa) Popularly known as the GRL Monastery, also visit Thub-Chog Gatsel Ling Monastery (Lower Gonpa) was first founded in the year of 1960, this monastery has been an important religious place for performing circumambulating and prostration by the local people. After visiting the monasteries proceed to Tezpur. By reaching Tezpur check in the hotel and relax. Stay overnight at Tezpur.

Day 08 Explore Tezpur & shift to Shillong:

Tezpur another major tourist place in Assam due to its scenic natural beauty. After breakfast check out from the Hotel and you may enjoy some local sightseeing of Tezpur i.e.- The Agnigarh is a hillock located in Tezpur Town. In Hindu mythology, it is the site of the fortress which was built by Banasura to keep his daughter Usha in isolation. Chitralekha Udyan Cole Park is a park near the centre of Tezpur. Mahabhairav Temple is located at a hillock on the northern part of Tezpur town. This temple is believed to have been established by king Bana in the pre-historical times. Padum Pukhuri refers to lotus pond and it is a scenic lake with an island in it. Kanaklata Park it is a rock garden with a great natural view of Tezpur area. After completion the sightseeing proceed to Shillong, also called as “Scotland of East”. It will take almost 7 hours to reach the destination. While traveling you may visit the majestic Barapani (Umiam Lake) wrapped in the beauty of an assortment of green Khasi- Pines and surrounded by sylvan hills and blue skies. On arrival at Shillong check in the hotel and relax. Stay overnight at Shillong.

Day 09 Explore Laitlum Canyons & Krang Suri Water Falls:

After breakfast proceed to visit the most popular picturesque tourist destinations of Shillong Laitlum Canyons, on the way visit heritage village. The Laitlum Canyons, which in literal sense means “The End of Hills” or “The End of The World”, after visiting of Laitlum Canyons drive to most beautiful waterfalls Krang Suri. The view points to enable visitors to better appreciate the beauty of the waterfall and its surroundings. The footpaths are hewn from the natural multi colored stones available in the area. Evening come back to Shillong and stay overnight at Shillong.

Day 10 Shillong local sightseeing & Shift to Cherrapunj:

After breakfast explore some tourist attrition of beautiful Shillong like– Cathedral Church, Lady Hydri Park, Ward’s Lake, Police Bazar, Don Bosco Museum, Shillong Peak, the highest peak of Meghalaya which is at an altitude of 1965 meters above the sea level, Air Force Museum, Elephant Falls, definitely the most popular tourist site of Shillong. Enjoy the Sacred Forest etc. After completing the Shillong proceed to Cherrapunji. On the way you can visit the Duwanshing Syiem a panoramic viewpoint of Meghalaya. By reaching Cherrapunjee check in the hotel and relax. Stay overnight at Cherrapunji.

Day 11 Explore the Cherrapunji (Sohra):

After breakfast enjoy the sightseeing of Cherrapunji which is credited as being the wettest place on the Earth. Explore the major tourist attraction of Cherrapunji i.e.- Kynrem Falls, Thangkharang Park, Mausmai Cave, Seven Sister Falls, Eco Park, Nohkalikai Falls, Arwah Cave, Dain-Thlen Falls, Wah Kaba Falls, Garden of Caves, etc. Evening come back to hotel and stay overnight at Cherrapunji.

Day 12 Explore the Dawki & Mawlynnong Cleanest Village:

After early breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to explore the Dawki, a small village where the main attraction is the Umngot River that marks the natural separation between the Khasi and the Jaintia Hills. You can enjoy boat riding on crystal clear water in Umngot River (Shnongpdeng village) which is shared by India and Bangladesh. Take a glance of Indo Bangladesh Gate.
Next drive to Mawlynnong Village known as the cleanest village in Asia and the God’s own Garden. Visit the famous tourist attraction of Rewai village the Living Root Bridge, a natural bridge formed with the roots of the trees. A little hiking is required to see the magnificent bridge. Also you can enjoy the rural lifestyle inside the Mawlynnong village, experience Tree House (watch tower) made by the local people of the village. After completing the sightseeing return to Shillong and stay overnight at Shillong.

Day 13 Shillong to Guwahati Airport / Rly. Station Drop, Tour End:

After breakfast check out from hotel and we will transfer you to Guwahati Airport/ Rly Station with an everlasting beautiful memory.
